Gaia Groups is a San Francisco recruiting agency. We find, talk to and shortlist candidates for startups and growing companies, on-site in major US metros or remote. Every candidate we send has been spoken to by a person, and we tell you plainly what we know and don't know about them.
Operations & business: operations, project and program management, finance and bookkeeping, admin and executive assistants.
Skilled & field roles: healthcare support, construction and trades, logistics and CDL drivers.
For employers
Contingency only: no retainer, no upfront cost. Fee is due only if you hire a candidate we introduced.
Fee: 15% of first-year base salary, due when the candidate starts.
90-day guarantee: if the hire leaves or is let go in the first 90 days, we refund the fee or replace the hire at no charge.
Fast: email us the role and expect a short list of interested, screened candidates within about a week, often sooner.
For candidates
Email your resume to gigi@gaiagroups.com with a line on the role you want, your location (or remote) and your pay range. It's free: we never charge candidates. We never share your details with an employer without your explicit OK for that specific role, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
How we work
Who we are: Gaia Groups is the trade name of Gaia Group Technologies Inc., a California corporation, 655 Montgomery St., San Francisco, CA 94111. We're a new, small agency.
We never charge candidates, and we never ask candidates for money, ID documents, bank details or personal information beyond a resume.
Your consent, every time: we tell you the company and the role and get your yes before your name or resume goes anywhere.
