We place sales (SDR/BDR/AE), customer success and operations people at early-stage companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and remote-first teams. Every candidate we send has been spoken to by a person, and we tell you plainly what we know and don't know about them.
Contingency only: no retainer, no upfront cost. Fee is due only if you hire a candidate we introduced.
Fee: 15% of first-year base salary, due when the candidate starts.
90-day guarantee: if the hire leaves or is let go in the first 90 days, we refund the fee or replace the hire at no charge.
Fast: tell us the role by email and expect a short list of interested, vetted candidates within about a week.
For candidates
We never charge candidates and never share your details with an employer without your explicit OK for that specific role. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll only reach out about roles that fit. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
